Enjoy free delivery within 15 miles of Rome, GA. We'll typically deliver your order within 1-3 business days of completion. We'll be in touch to arrange a delivery time that works best for you.
Shipping Across the USA
We ship nationwide! Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the package size and weight. You'll see the exact cost before you finalize your order. We use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of completion, and you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
RETURNS

Due to the customized nature of engraved items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders once the proof has been approved. Please carefully review your proof and request any changes before giving your final approval.
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at franklinashby13@gmail.com. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
